[mapguide-users] config.xml

[Kenneth Skovhede, GEOGRAF A/S]

It is possible that the provider is "smart" enough to work without such 
a document now.

What do you need it for?

If you want the layout of the data, the DescribeFeatureSource can give 
you that.
