It is really very well documented , thank you. 

I looked at provider and problem is as you already noticed in the way
how rings are set. 
Only way to work now is exterior first.

It crashed hard  because it was memory corruption if interior first.

i opitmize my test and i reproduce the problem with a more simply
geometry

i join an exemple in this file
