[ZS2] [mapguide-users] Add Layer on d fly - web based

Adding a layer is pretty much like this:
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/maestro/MaestroAPI/samples/ModifyLayerFilter

But you have to create a new RuntimeMapLayer and set its properties,
and then call rtMap.Layers.Add()

There is no pre-built layer picker/editor/composer, but you may want to 
start out by looking at WebStudio.
