Hi Kenneth, 

 

I meant alter functionality. You said I can look in the "ajaxmappane.templ"
file and modify the javascript there, so where I can find that file?

That depends on what you mean by "edit/customize". 
If you mean "change the text" (eg, translate), you can do so with 
MapGuide Maestro, or you can manually modify the underlying xml. 
If you mean "alter functionality", you can look in the 
"ajaxmappane.templ" file and modify the javascript there.
