[mapguide-users] invokeurl

Did you figure this out with Flexible Web Layouts?  This fix works great for
Simple Web Layouts but how do we turn on Scrolling/Toolbars in the InvokeURL
for Fusion?

Is it part of the InvokeURL.js file in the /fusion/wigets/ folder?
