[mapguide-users] Concatenate geographic and non-geographic data

Does the view show up in your feature source preview? Or if you do a DescribeSchema from the Web Tier test pages Http://servername/mapguide/mapagent/index.html under Feature does it include the view and a primary key for the view?
I don't know how spatial stuff is handled in PostgreSQL. In Oracle there are records with spatial info in user_sdo_geom_metadata, but I don't know about PostgreSQL. An expert in the provider would have to comment on what is need to see the view using the OGR provider.
Otherwise a join between your PostgreSQL feature source and and ODBC feature source is about the only alternative. The database view would be faster.

I created a view which defines a view of a query, I can see it when I
connect to my database using pgadmin III but not able to see when I connect
to my database. All I want is to show geometric information stored in one
table with non geometric information stored in another table, there is anay
way known to accomplish this?
