[mapguide-users] trouble connecting mapguide maestro postgis

I haven't played with the PostGIS provider for a long time, but it would be
key to ensure that you are using the same version of libpq (and the other
postgresql client libraries) as the provider was compiled with. I'm not
entirely sure what version that is, but someone on the fdo-users mailing
list should be able to help.
