I used javascript to get commands working between frames. There's a million
different layers of frames so it takes a bit of trial and error to figure
out how to get to each one.

To access the map frame from the header (title.php) frame use
parent.ViewerFrame (e.g. var x = parent.ViewerFrame.mapFrame.GetCenter().X;)
