What user is the application pool tied to? Make sure that the user has
file/folder access to the C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Infrastructure
Web Server Extension 2012 (or another folder if that is where you installed
AIMS) and its sub folders.
When running 64 bit windows make sure that you application pool does not
have "Enable32BitAppOnWin64" enabled (forcing the pool to run 32 bit making
IIS unable to load 64 bit dll files).
