I did end up replacing the libpq.dll from your wiki notes with a 8.4.2
one, previously
I had problems even adding the images via maestro ( 1.4.2) it would get stuck
1/3rd of the way through 2.5 GB of raster (ecw for testing only haha), but
it works fine now.

I was trying to show Jackie the error, but this time it just worked
