You have to create a configuration document. The document has 3 parts:

1. The Spatial Contexts and applicable extents (this is what needs to be
changed)
2. The FDO logical schema
3. The schema mappings 

If you add that raster in composite mode it should build one for you. Then
you can edit it via the "Edit Configuration Document" button.
