It is in french, but in "Taille de la carte" (Size of the map) of MapGuide
6.5 it is possible to set the print scale. If I want a map at the scale
1/5000, I will type 5000 in the field next to 1: (with "Spécifier
l'échelle", in the example 353 595) . There no such "scale utility" in the
last MGOS ("Quick plot" does not do the job either).

The question is how to print a map at a specific scale ? What is the
solution?
