As far as I know, you get this error if:
1. You have mixed DLL files. E.g. MaestroAPI dll files from different
version that the MGOS Server.
2. You have mixed 64 and 32 bit environment. E.g. if you installed 64 bit
MapGuide in 32 bit app pool.
