[mapguide-users] What is the best system specification for MG2.2 with 90ish layers?

Well, the first one has twice the cores and memory.. but slightly
slower CPU speed.. I'm pretty sure that the 2.4 -> 3.1 Ghz will
not make as much difference as twice as many cores will, especially
when under load.

Just don't bother with 2.2, I would recommend using the latest 2.4 test
build, it's much more stable and scales better, especially if you are
using GDAL raster.

That said, GDAL raster is still single threaded so your imagery
will be only ever be processed one by one and if the provider crashes
you will need to restart the server for GDAL to start working again.

If you are interested in multi threaded high, thus high performance
raster, I'd suggest donating towards this project
