The OpenLayers.Layer.MapGuide object is probably sending v2.1.0
GETDYNAMICMAPOVERLAYIMAGE requests to your v2.0.0 mapagent (MGE2009 -> MGOS
2.0.x)

I don't know whether current OpenLayers.Layer.MapGuide still supports the
older request format.
