[mapguide-users] Fusion legend performance fixes in the future?

Unless your users are in IE 7 or older (*shudder*), Fusion will render the
majority of the icons on the web tier inline with the layer JSON by
leveraging the Data URI feature that is supported by all browsers from IE8
onwards, eliminating the majority of GETLEGENDIMAGE request spam, the main
performance bottleneck of the Legend widget.
