[mapguide-users] Server down when editing webconfig.ini

Check the following:

 a) Do you have your translated strings in a mapguide_YOURLANGUAGECODE.en
file under Server\Resources and Web\www\mapagent\Resuorces ?
 b) Have you saved webconfig.ini with the correct encoding?
