[mapguide-users] download kml and upload kml in fusion

Which one are you trying?
I usually try one like:
http://wms.ess-ws.nrcan.gc.ca/wms/toporama_en?VERSION=1.1.1&request=GetCapabilities&service=wms

or any one you like...which one are you using?
