Does this version only support point geometry for ODBC?   After loading
polygon data when I create a new layer from that data it acts like it is
point data.  Also in the help for connecting to an ODBC Database it
says"

"For Specify Geometry Property, specify the columns that locate the
point: either Lat/Long or X/Y."
