[mapguide-psc] MapGuide Release Process - proposal

I think it is acceptable to ship a product with known bugs, as long  
as they are minor and they are documented, especially if they have  
known work-arounds.

There is always an exception to prove the rule.  My recommendation is  
that the rule is to not ship with known issues ... the PSC (as a  
whole) can override anything - but if we set out good rules, we will  
have to really justify it to ourselves to break the rule.
