[MapProxy] Troubles with 1.2.1

Yep, this could be the issue. I removed ubuntu package and installed
PyYAML using pip and now the error is disappeared.
If it can be of any use I am with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64bit and MapProxy 1.2.1
