[Mapserver-dev] Yanking GD 1 and Freetype 1 support

I used the former, works fine. I still need to tweak the configure
script a bit. There
are a few funky things in the GD section like a do loop to process /usr
and /usr/local.
That doesn't seem necessary but I'm no configure expert. I'm not sure
the script
is right when a user sets an lib directory either, need to read up on
AC_CHECK_LIB()
in those cases. It works ok though in most circumstances. Commited on
Wed.

Perhaps gdImageCreateTrueColor()? gdImageSetAntiAliased() could be a
