[Mapserver-dev] OGR debugg

Daniel,

Do you mind if I modify the msDebug() calls in mapogr.cpp to only emit
routine debugging if layer->debug is set?  This should be the correct
semantics for mapserver debugging right?  Non-error debug info should only
be emitted if the layer or map debug flags are set?  Debug info reporting
varous kinds of error conditions can be emitted even if the debug flags
aren't set, right?
