[Mapserver-dev] 4.2 release plan

Fine with me I guess, although some contractural obligations will
necessitate having
a pretty complete core implementation in the next two weeks. I won't
have much
time beyond WCS for anything but critical bug fixes. We can comment out
the 
configure --with-wcs option just before cutting a 4.2 release.

I think that would be a good idea, that would facilitate the release.
