[Mapserver-dev] WMS formats for GetFeatureInfo

Hi,

In CVS, WMS Server, when I run GetCapabilities, text/html does not
return as a valid format option (only text/plain text/html and
application/vnd.ogc.gml).

This is available in 4.2.0.  Has this been taken out?  If yes, why?  I
have numerous WMS/WFS instances where we have HTML templates defined for
OGC:WMS GetFeatureInfo text/html requests.
