win32 mapserver-4.4.0-beta2 gd-lib version

Lars,

Are you by chance using MSVC 7 or greater to do the compilation?  I
found these same errors with my own tests with a self-built and the
binaries from http://www.boutell.com .  The FAQ there seems to
discuss what might be going on... http://www.boutell.com/gd/faq.html
