[Mapserver-dev] 4.4 release plan

Daniel,

  The stuff I am working on should be commited by the end of this week. 
I am expecting the QA to take few days and then do any needed 
corrections. The final schedule that we have setup is Oct 15th but major 
developments should be over at the beginning of the month.
