CVS access issues?

Hi,

Is there an issue with CVS access at all?

A couple of us are trying to chase down an issue and need to fetch
dist's from ~10 days ago.

This works:

# CVSROOT=:pserver:cvs at cvs.gis.umn.edu:/data2/cvsroot
# export CVSROOT
# cvs checkout mapserver

This just sits there and hangs:

# cvs log mappostgis.c
