code contribution from SDJ

Tamas is right. I kinda wanted to avoid having a new keyword created for
every
parameter we might want to bind to a DB column. The contribution would
be valuable
to learn from in the implementation of RFC 19 but I'm not sure it makes
sense to add
the code, unless that RFC implementation were derailed for some
reason.

Hi All,

I think this problem was addressed in MS RFC 19

http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/development/rfc/ms-rfc-19/

in a more generalized fashion.

Best Regards,

Tamas Szekeres
