MapServer 4.10.3 released with security fix

is it possible that java mapscript do not respect this change.
When i try to compile the java mapscript of version 4.10.3 with

cd mapscript/java
make interface 
make

i get the error message
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lmap
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [mapscript_so] Error 1

When i rename lmap to lmapserver in the Makefile everything is fine.

i think this is a bug
