[mapserver-dev] MapServer Incubation (was Version 5.2 code freeze...)

I will make a point of posting a summary of where we are at in terms of incubation today or tomorrow. I need to go through
my spreadsheet and the incubation checklist quickly... Perhaps with that we can hand out tasks to interested folks.
