[mapserver-dev] mapserver performance windows/linux

I don't think 5.2 is faster than 5.4. He said (on IRC) that he tried MapServer 
5.0, 5.2 and 5.4 with the same performance problem ONLY under Linux. I think 
the profiling is the best place to start for him.
