[mapserver-dev] URL-based includes...

Bob,

   You mean using mapserver in a collaboration mode?  I think OssimPlanet has 
that capability, and we had done some brainstorming on adding that to 
VTP/Enviro.  Seems like more of a client-side (OpenLayers? GeoMoose?) function; 
or did mean something else?
