[mapserver-dev] MapServer Documentation and translation (spanish)

Hi list,

Thanks Jeff. I already checked the SVN structured and I guessed it was only
a matter of copying and renaming english folder. Is there any one else
translating it? In order to avoid translating twice the same documments it
would be recommended to coordinate the translation, wouldn't it? I don't
know if Eduin or others are working on that.

In the meanwhile, my OSGeo User ID is juanmamr.

I will follow the steps and start working on it during this week.
