[mapserver-dev] RFC 65 - Single pass query handling for 6.0

Steve,

Would it be a big effort to include that additional parameter passed to the
driver (in time of the whichShapes call) to make sure about the purpose of
the query? This would help the driver to decide whether a single row forward
only cursor is sufficient or a block based approach should be used at the
'low level' driver when retrieving the data from the server.
