[mapserver-dev] Security/Vulnerability issues

Devs,

I wanted to inform you that in the future, all security/vulnerability ticket 
component should be set to "Security/Vulnerability (Private)". This will 
ensure the privacy of the issue. To be able to view those tickets, the user 
needs the SECURE_TICKET_VIEW permission.
