Common practice is to leave votes open for 2 business days, and "a 
proposal will be accepted if it receives +2 (including the author) and 
no vetoes (-1)":

So in this case since the vote started only yesterday night, I'd wait 
another day before calling it done, even if we've already got majority 
and I don't expect anyone to -1 this proposal.
