[mapserver-dev] Motion: change default POSITION AUTO labelling order for point layers

Daniel,
Given that your -0 vote is not considered a veto, and considering the
comments of other devs, I will go on with the change. For the record, do
you maintain your -0 or have the explanations given made you reconsider
your opinion?
