[mapserver-dev] Communicating Tile Coordinates Between Mapcache and Mapserver

The original request to mapserver didn't include BBOX, just tile coordinates
in the form x+y+z and then mapserver would return the tile.  When I send
that request to mapcache, mapcache returns an error that no BBOX parameter
is supplied with WMS request.
