[mapserver-dev] Mapserver 8.0 beta documentation

Sorry I missed the TEMPLATEPATTERN documentation (reading too quickly in
all the excitement over a new MS version)!

Regarding MS_MAP_PATTERN, I'm doing a WMS GetMap request.
