[mapserver-users] Strange results with the QueryResultObj Class in the PHP Mapscript

Hi!

I use the PHP Mapscript Module in my application with runs with
Mapserver 3.4 (and Mapplet) on a Linux System.

I use the query option with a rectangle around some points and get very
strange results:

For example, i will draw the rectangle around a point from layer 23 and
from layer 24.
If the point of layer 23 is left from the point of layer 24 the result
will only be the point of layer 23.
Otherwise if the point of layer 24 is left of the point of layer 23, i
will get the correct result, of both points.
(Something simmilar works if one point is above the other point and
reverse.)

Both layer consists of the same shapefile with different expression in a
single class.

Could it be that there is a bug in the programming of MapScript, or is
my own programming wrong?
For me it sounds like the bug is not in my application because, as
written before, sometimes it works and sometimes not, shown in the
example.

Queryable are the pink points which are in different layers.
A good place to try out is at the south end of Italy near "Bari". Some
states like Austria have no date inside, if this happens please try
querying in another state.

Maybee someone has noticed this before and can give me some solutions.
