Hello mapserver-


My name is Mark West and I'm working with a team of MIS and CS undergrad
students here at UT to create a network of city guides.  Do you know of a
"free" mapping service that will let us create maps to publish on our
website if we know the address or latitude/longitude?  Thank you for your
time and suggestions.  We have a mySQL Db working with PHP 4.0 and Apache.
