Uli,

The message "Found deleted, skipping" is a left over debugging message in

the OGR DGN driver.  I have commited a fix to CVS for the GDAL/OGR source
tree.  Where did you get your GDAL build?  What platform are you running on?

If you can rebuild GDAL yourself I can send you the patch (basically
remove the printf from gdal/ogr/ogrsf_frmts/dgn/ogrdgnlayer.cpp).
