I've cleaned up the MapServer header files and the Swig interface file so
that you can get a clean Java build without hacking the Swig output. I've
included a java directory and a basic Makefile in the CVS which should be
in tonites nightly. At the moment you'll need Swig (1.3.11 or higher) since
the version installed on the UMN machines doesn't support Java very well.
To build the java stuff...
1) cd mapscript/java
2) edit the Makefile to match your site (set location of java on your box
and cc/ld flags)
3) type 'make'
You're on your own for installation/use at the moment. More later on those
topics.
