[mapserver-users] blank map image

Good day all
Could someone please help. I'm a bit of a newbie to this, and haven't found any answers on the website. When my site opens, it loads, but my map does not display. Instead there is just a white space there. I suspect that I am having problems pointing to the shape files properly, but have not been able to track down the problem.
 
I am running iis on windows 2k, and mapserv 3.5
 
I've included my map file also.
