[mapserver-users] Linewidth

I'd like to know how to increase the outline width for polygon layers so
that when I overlap two lines, the bottom line shows up as a wider line
symbol and thus is visible.  I've searched the mail archives, but I didn't
find anything.  This has got to be a simple thing to do.
