[Mapserver-users] WMS Woes

I switched up to a 3.7dev MapServer executable:
MapServer version 3.7 (development) OUTPUT=PNG OUTPUT=JPEG OUTPUT=WBMP
SUPPORTS=PROJ SUPPORTS=TTF SUPPORTS=WMS_SERVER SUPPORTS=WMS_CLIENT
SUPPORTS=GD2_RGB INPUT=OGR INPUT=GDAL INPUT=SHAPEFILE
While this took care of the client hanging, I'm still not getting a map
(image) returned from the WMS Server.
I've simplified the mapfiles so that:
a) the WMS server map file has only ONE layer
b) the WMS client map file has only ONE local layer in addition to ONE WMS
Layer
c) EVERYTHING is in the same projection (UTM16 N)
I have put the same information as before (updated) at
http://207.250.243.23/WMS/WMSWoes.html
Here you will find:
WMS Server mapfile
WMS Client mapfile
XML output of GETCAPABILITIES
I am still somewhat confused by the "wms_onlineresource" syntax on the
server - is it supposed to end with a "&"?
And, the CONNECTION line on the client:
is it LAYER=xxx or LAYERS=xxx?
TIA!
