I thought that I heard from Assefa that he fixed this "cgi-fcgi" issue
and I would expect this fix to be in his latest DLL since it was
produced only 2-3 days ago. Unfortunately I think you'll have to wait
for Assefa to be back on Monday to get an answer on this.
