I'm trying to set up a popup menu that will receive a lat/lon. I would
like to launch the popup with the lat/lon as the center point of the
map. I would like to use the MAPXY cgi parameter but the reference says
it must be used with a query. Is it possible to do this in mapserver.
My other question is about queryitem. I am submitting a query using
queryitem, but I get a message back that says a filter is not present in
my mapfile. I notice on the query samples page on the mapserver web
site that the query samples contain no filters within the map file, so I
was wondering what I am missing. I've searched the list server archives
and found similar questions but didn't seem to see any solutions to this
questions. Just wonder what I may be missing
Thanks
Ps: any sample code/urls using the cgi commands would be greatly
appreciated.
