[Mapserver-users] reference map was newbie questions

You must create your own reference map for the IMAGE item.  One fairly
easy way to do this is to create a map file with just the layer you want
to use as a reference map.  But change the size to the size you want
your reference map to be. Display the map and save it as e.g.
refmap.png.
